Season Ticket Sales Record Broken – Buffalo Bills Fans Know What Others Soon Will

As predicted by yours truly and everyone else, the Buffalo Bills season ticket sales surpassed the 57,000 mark breaking the 23-year-old record. Buffalo Bills CEO Russ Brandon said Monday the organization will cap season ticket sales at 60,000. Brandon also said the last game of the season (against the Jets) is the only game left with individual tickets still available.

Here is my list of reasons why, besides the above, Buffalo Bills fans should be excited about this season:

New Player Additions – from LeSean McCoy of course to Richie Incognitio to Percy Harvin to all the rookie
New Coaching Additions – New Offensive Coordinator (Greg Roman), New Defensive Coordinator (Dennis Thurman) and last but not least the man who needs to description Head Coach Rex Ryan
National Attention – The Buffalo Bills didn’t have an off season. The organization got to work right away on building a playoff team. The NFL, fans and journalists took notice. With a dominant defensive line and all the player moves, people are starting to notice that this team is here to win
The Pegulas – They are the reason all this has happened as I have mentioned. It isn’t just about the money, it is about their desire to win and the fact that they care and it shows. The Pegulas know the way to win is to get the fans excited which in turn gets the players excited. They have done this in spades.
Different “Feel” – There is no denying there is a different “feel” around this team. For the first time in a long time there is a notion of the Buffalo Bills playing to win and not playing to not lose. It will be nice to be excited again and have hope.
