Wow, that time is finally here Bills fans! We get to cheer on our Buffalo Bills for the next 17+ weeks. Yes, I did say 17+ because I BILLieve the streak ends this year. The first stop for the Buffalo Bills is at Soldier Field against the Chicago Bears, which is by no means an easy task. Buffalo has never won in Soldier Field, but that does not mean they can't this time.

I actually like that Buffalo is facing Chicago at home to open up the new season. It is a great test for the Buffalo Bills, especially the defense. Chicago has one of, if not, the most high powered offense in the NFL today. Forte and company are gonna push the Bills Defense to their limit and vice versa.

After this very long and tough offseason for the team, fans and city of Buffalo, it's time for us fans to come together and support our team from EJ Manuel on down. It's weird knowing that Ralph is no longer here entering a new season but one thing that remains is the loyalty and passion Ralph helped instill in all of us Bills fans. Thank you Ralph C Wilson Jr. for giving us such a wonderful team and always having the fans in mind. You will never be forgotten and I'm confident in saying I speak for 100% of the fan base in saying that. It's time to end the drought and make Ralph Proud! #WinItForRalph #ThisIsOurTime #BillsFanatics #BillsMafia #ItEndsIn2014

3 Keys to Victory •Protect EJ Manuel- This is clearly a MUST every week but after the poor preseason and some fans giving up on EJ, it's very important they give him the time he needs to make plays. It would be a good start to silencing the critics. The Bears D finished tied for fewest sacks with the Jaguars at 31. The Bills' offensive line should hold up well against their rushers. •Ground and Pound- Last year Buffalo had the #2 overall rushing attack. Not only has CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson returned to make that happen again, but they have added more talent to the position with Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon. Chicago's run D last year tho was towards the bottom. They allowed a league worst 5.35 rushing yards per carry. Run it down their throats! •Convert 3rd Downs- This was a huge concern Buffalo had last year in not converting 3rd downs. Nothing good can come from that and hopefully Buffalo focused heavily on it all offseason. The plus side to playing Chicago is in 3rd down stops last year, the Bears ranked 25th overall. Buffalo must take advantage that and their run D. Do this and Buffalo will be 1-0 come next week when we face our divisional rival the Miami Dolphins. GO BILLS!!
